Softball Camp Registration

Please fill out the following form to enroll as a camper in The Okanagan Softball Camp. A $150 (CDN or US) non-refundable deposit is required to register. Registration and your spot in camp will not be completed and secured until payment has been received.

A Release of Liability form will have to be signed by each camper's parent or guardian prior to their participation at camp.
