OSC NEWSLETTER DEBUT

At the OSC/BLE office we have responded to our softball supporters and are ecstatic to bring to you the first issue of the OSC Newsletter. Owner, Marty Lehn, "The momentum and interest around girl's softball and specifically those tied into the OSC summer camps, has continued to grow and we felt it only right that we recognized that support and responded with more product specific to girl's softball. It is our intent to continue to concentrate on offering more opportunity in the form of clinics, camps and information to our friends out there who share a common interest and passion for girl's softball."

OSC SUMMER CAMP UPDATE

Registration for the 2009 OKANAGAN SOFTBALL Summer Camps is picking up. Once again, top level coaches and players will make up the elite staff of coaches and counselors. Softball Canada Announces JR/SR Evaluation Camp

Softball Canada is pleased to announce the following Evaluation Camp in B.C. for both the Junior (1992 or later) and Senior Women’s National Teams:

- When: Monday June 22nd, 2009
- Where: Surrey, British Columbia (Softball City – 2201 148th Street)
- Time: 2:30pm to 5:00pm and 6:00pm to 8:30pm. All players must attend both sessions.
- Note: In the case of bad weather, the backup date is June 23 (same times and locations).

OSC SUMMER CAMP Referral Program

The OSC Camp Referral program continues in 2009. If your name is listed in the registration of a NEW camper, you will receive a $25 credit on your camp account. Be sure that your new camper lists your full name in the section that asks “How you heard about us?” There is no limit to this program other than the camper must be a NEW attendee. Bring a friend to camp, have fun and save! Please note that the referral program does not apply to a team qualifying for a “TEAM DISCOUNT”.
